Creating a private eSpace

Prerequisites

If you are a new user, you must first register on MyGuichet.lu before you can create your private eSpace. For more information, please consult the relevant help page:

Registering on MyGuichet.lu

If you already have a business eSpace on MyGuichet.lu, you can use the same authentication device to create your private eSpace. If you wish to use another device, you must first register with that device.

How to proceed

Setting up a private eSpace

  1. Visit Guichet.lu.
  2. Click on 'Log in'.
  3. You will automatically be redirected to the Luxembourg State authentication portal (eAccess): select the authentication method that corresponds to your device.
  4. Follow the steps that correspond to your authentication device.
  5. Accept the general terms and conditions of use (GTCU) of MyGuichet.lu.
  6. Click on 'Confirm'.
  7. Click on 'Create my private eSpace'.
  8. Enter the email address to which you would like MyGuichet.lu notifications to be sent.
  9. Click on 'Confirm'.

You have successfully created your MyGuichet.lu private eSpace.

  1. Visit Guichet.lu.
  2. Click on 'Log in'.
  3. You will automatically be redirected to the Luxembourg State authentication portal (eAccess): select the authentication method that corresponds to your device.
  4. Follow the steps that correspond to your authentication device.
  5. You will be redirected to the home page of your business eSpace: click on the name of your business eSpace in the header.
  6. This opens a drop-down menu: click on 'Switch eSpace'.
  7. Click on 'Create my private eSpace'.
  8. Enter the email address to which you would like MyGuichet.lu notifications to be sent.
  9. Click on 'Confirm'.

You have successfully created your MyGuichet.lu private eSpace.

eSpace identifier

An eSpace identifier is automatically assigned to each private eSpace. You will need this identifier whenever you use a double signature with transfer to another eSpace.

Good to know

You can link your private eSpace to your mobile device (smartphone or tablet) using the MyGuichet.lu mobile application. Once linked, the mobile app can be unlocked at any time using:

  • a secret code of your choice; and/or
  • one of the biometric functions (facial or fingerprint recognition) available on your mobile device.
