Prerequisites

Before you can create a business eSpace, you must first register on MyGuichet.lu. Please consult the help article on this subject for further information:

Registering on MyGuichet.lu

If you already have a private eSpace on MyGuichet.lu, you can use the same authentication device to create your business eSpace. If you wish to use another device, you must first register with that device.

How to proceed

Setting up a business eSpace

  1. Visit Guichet.lu.
  2. Click on 'Log in'.
  3. You will automatically be redirected to the Luxembourg State authentication portal (eAccess): select the authentication method that corresponds to your device.
  4. Follow the steps that correspond to your authentication device.
  5. Accept the general terms and conditions of use (GTCU) of MyGuichet.lu.
  6. Click on 'Confirm'.
  7. Fill in the mandatory fields marked with an asterisk (*).
  8. Click on 'Confirm'.

You have successfully created your MyGuichet.lu business eSpace.

  1. Visit Guichet.lu.
  2. Click on 'Log in'.
  3. You will automatically be redirected to the Luxembourg State authentication portal (eAccess): select the authentication method that corresponds to your device.
  4. Follow the steps that correspond to your authentication device.
  5. You will be redirected to the home page of your private eSpace: click your name in the header bar.
  6. This opens a drop-down menu: click on 'Switch eSpace'.
  7. Click on 'Set up a business eSpace'.
  8. Fill in the mandatory fields marked with an asterisk (*).
  9. Click on 'Confirm'.

You have successfully created your MyGuichet.lu business eSpace.

Adding a user to a business eSpace

Business eSpaces are collaborative, meaning that as an administrator you can invite other people to join your eSpace. Depending on the role assigned to them, they can manage administrative procedures online within the same eSpace.

Online services in certain sectors (food safety, social elections, etc.) can only be accessed via a certified business eSpace.

Useful information

You can link your business eSpace with your mobile device (smartphone or tablet) using the MyGuichet.lu mobile application. Once linked, the mobile app can be unlocked at any time using:

  • a secret code of your choice; and/or
  • one of the biometric functions (facial or fingerprint recognition) available on your mobile device.
