How to proceed
Filing an application
You must book an appointment online using MyGuichet.lu. You can choose between:
- the procedure without authentication; or
- the procedure with authentication using a means of authentication (LuxTrust, eID or eIDAS).
To book an appointment with authentication, you must first create a private eSpace on MyGuichet.lu. Further information on the subject is available in our help section.
The appointment can also be made using the MyGuichet.lu mobile application. In this case, you must first link your private eSpace with the mobile app.
If you do not have the material possibility to make an appointment, you can contact the CCSS:
- by phone at (+352) 40 141-1 (available from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 16.00); or
- by email to: ccss@secu.lu.
The administration's response
Once your application for an appointment has been submitted and subsequently accepted by the CCSS, you will receive an appointment confirmation:
- by email if the appointment was booked without authentication; or
- in the section 'My messages' of your private eSpace if you booked your appointment using authentication (or if it was directly booked using the mobile app).
Please note that the appointment will only be confirmed the next working day at the earliest.
You must present the appointment confirmation (either printed on paper or in electronic format) at the time of the appointment. The QR code on the appointment confirmation must be scanned on the terminals at the entrance of the CCSS agency.

You can cancel the appointment online. To do so, you can either use the link provided to that effect on the confirmation of receipt of the application for an appointment, or the one on the appointment confirmation.
