Ordering a certificate of affiliation or an income certificate from the Joint Social Security Centre (CCSS)
Last update
Certificates of affiliation and income certificates ('wage statement') are issued by the Joint Social Security Centre (Centre commun de la sécurité sociale - CCSS). The certificates can be:
- directly generated via MyGuichet.lu; or
- ordered online on the CCSS website. Certificates ordered online are sent to the insured person:
- in electronic form to their private eSpace on MyGuichet.lu, provided they have previously activated the eDelivery function; or
- in paper form to their address as indicated in the National Registry of Natural Persons (Registre national des personnes physiques RNPP).
Prerequisites
Ordering on the CCSS website
Activation of the eDelivery function
In order to receive their certificates in electronic format, the insured person must activate the eDelivery function before they order online.
The insured person can activate this function via their private eSpace on MyGuichet.lu, in the My data tab. The button to activate this function can be found in the 'Health & Social security' section under 'Centre commun de la sécurité sociale (CCSS)'.
People who have a private eSpace linked to the mobile application can also activate the function in the 'My personal data' tab of the mobile application. Because of the link, the function only needs to be activated once (either via the browser on a computer or in the application).
By activating the eDelivery function, the insured person opts out of receiving certificates by post. They can change their mind at any time by deactivating the function.
