Dashboards for farmers and winegrowers

Summary:
In your business eSpace on MyGuichet.lu, you can view the dashboards that display all the information relating to the aid you have applied for, including the amounts already received, as well as the multi-annual commitments you have made under:
- agri-environmental and climate measures (mesures agroenvironnementales et climatiques - MAEC);
- programmes to safeguard biodiversity in rural areas (biodiv).
To save you having to search for the dashboards in the services catalogue every time, you can simply add them to your favourites. This will allow you to access them directly from the home page of your business eSpace.
The Rural Economy Department (Service d’économie rurale - SER) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Viticulture make available dashboards on MyGuichet.lu that allow you to view a detailed overview online of:
- the aid you have applied for and its payment status;
- payment notices for payments made;
- the multi-annual commitments you have made.
Who is concerned
All farmers and winegrowers who:
- apply for one or more types of aid managed by the Rural Economy Department (Service d’économie rurale - SER);
- have made one or more multi-annual commitments under:
- agri-environmental and climate measures (mesures agroenvironnementales et climatiques - MAEC);
- programmes to safeguard biodiversity in rural areas (biodiv).
Prerequisites
If you do not yet have a business eSpace certified by the Rural Economy Service (SER), you must first complete the following steps:
- Setting up a business eSpace
- Certification of the business eSpace
To view the online dashboards, you must first register on MyGuichet.lu and create a business eSpace. To create a business eSpace, you will need an authentication product, namely:
- a LuxTrust product;
- a Luxembourg electronic identity card (eID); or
- an eIDAS means of authentication from another European country.
You can only view the dashboards within a business eSpace that has been 'certified'. The certification process is the same as that required for the SER's other online services:
