Set up a business eSpace

This help article only explains the detailed procedure for the browser version of MyGuichet.lu. In the mobile application, the steps to follow are slightly different, but work on the same principle.
Who is concerned
MyGuichet.lu offers services for private persons and services for legal persons. Some online services are available to both target audiences (citizens and businesses), while others are intended exclusively for one or the other.
If the services require strong authentication, you can only access these services from a corresponding personal account. Depending on your needs, you can therefore create:
- your private eSpace: and/or
- one or more business eSpaces.
Business eSpaces are aimed at:
- legal persons (i.e. businesses);
- the self-employed;
- associations.

How to proceed
Setting up a business eSpace
- New user
- Owner of a private eSpace
Once you have completed the registration process, you will be automatically redirected to your MyGuichet.lu account. Please proceed as follows to create a business eSpace:
If you logged out after registering, you must log in again to MyGuichet.lu using your authentication device before you can continue setting up the eSpace.
- Accept the general terms and conditions of use (GTCU) of MyGuichet.lu.
- Click on 'Confirm'.
- Click on 'Set up a business eSpace'.
- Fill in the mandatory fields marked with an asterisk (*).
The name of the business eSpace is used to identify that specific business eSpace on MyGuichet.lu and it helps you differentiate the eSpace form others (if you have several business eSpaces). The name can be the same as the trade or company name, but you can freely choose which name to use depending on your needs (e.g. you wish to split your professional activities and/or users into several business eSpaces)
The trade name or company name corresponds to the exact name under which the company, self-employed activity or association is officially registered.
Your name(s) and first name(s) are automatically retrieved from the authentication device you used to log in and entered in the corresponding field. This data cannot be changed. If that data is wrong and you wish to have it corrected, you must contact the body that issued the authentication device (e.g. for LuxTrust products, you should contact LuxTrust client services).
The email address field is also pre-filled. However, you can change it if you prefer to receive notifications from MyGuichet.lu at a different address.
- Click on 'Confirm'.
You have successfully created a MyGuichet.lu business eSpace.
If you already have your private eSpace on MyGuichet.lu, you can use the same authentication device to create a business eSpace. If you wish to use another device, you must first register it.
After logging in to MyGuichet.lu, you will be redirected to the home page of your private eSpace: Please proceed as follows to create a business eSpace:
- On top of the page, in the header section, click on the name of your private eSpace displayed on the right side of the MyGuichet.lu logo.
In the adaptive view on a mobile device (smartphone or tablet), the name of your private eSpace is not displayed in the header. In its stead, you must click on the green symbol representing your private eSpace.
- A pop-up menu opens: click on 'Manage my eSpaces'.
- Click on 'Create a business eSpace'.
- Fill in the mandatory fields marked with an asterisk (*).

Setting up several business eSpaces
If you deem it useful to separate your professional activities (e.g. accounting and human resources) onto different eSpaces, you can create several business eSpaces for the same company, self-employed activity or association.
Go to the header to access the Manage my eSpaces menu, and then click on 'Set up a business eSpace'.

Adding a user to a business eSpace
Business eSpaces are collaborative, meaning that as an administrator you can invite other people to join an eSpace. Depending on the role assigned to them, they can manage administrative procedures online within the same eSpace. For more information, please consult the relevant help page:
Certification of a business eSpace
Online services in certain sectors (food safety, social elections, etc.) are only accessible via a certified business eSpace. For more information, please consult the relevant help page:
eSpace identifier
An eSpace identifier is automatically assigned to each business eSpace. You will need this identifier whenever you use a double signature with transfer to another eSpace. For more information, please consult the relevant help page:
Link
You can link your MyGuichet.lu account to your mobile device (smartphone or tablet) using the MyGuichet.lu mobile application. After linking your account, you can access the mobile application at any time using:
- a secret code of your choice; and/or
- one of the biometric functions (facial or fingerprint recognition) available on your mobile device.
