Agriculture: farm structure survey
Last update
The goal of this survey is to collect data in order to establish statistics on farm structures in Luxembourg.
The collected data will mainly concern:
- general information on farm operations;
- the labour force and working times;
- other gainful activities whether directly related to the agricultural activity or not;
- techniques for spreading organic fertilisers.
Who is concerned?
Farmers in the broadest sense, i.e. all farmers, viticulturists and horticulturists who run an agricultural operation are required to participate in the survey.
Prerequisites
The survey is mandatory for agricultural operations based in Luxembourg.
Deadlines
Access to the online forms will be possible from 1 March 2024. The deadline for submitting the questionnaires is 15 April 2024.
How to proceed
Submitting the survey in paper format
The use of paper questionnaires is no longer foreseen. The survey is conducted exclusively via the online forms on MyGuichet.lu. This development is part of the Government's objectives in the field of the digitalisation of administrative procedures in agriculture and viticulture, in collaboration with the Government IT Centre (CTIE).
Submitting the survey via MyGuichet.lu
Farmers must submit the questionnaire via MyGuichet.lu (see 'Online services and forms').
The procedure on MyGuichet.lu can be accessed with authentication using a LuxTrust product or an electronic identity card (eID).
How to create a business eSpace on MyGuichet.lu
There are 2 possible scenarios:
- The person submitting the application is a new user of MyGuichet.lu. They must:
- first register on MyGuichet.lu; and
- then create a business eSpace.
- The person submitting the application already has a private eSpace on MyGuichet.lu. They can directly create a business eSpace without having to register again.
Further information as well as tutorials in relation with the business eSpace are available in our dedicated help page.
