Subsidy application for agricultural advisory services
Last update
A subsidy may be granted for the provision of advisory services aimed at helping farmers, winegrowers, market gardeners or beekeepers to better master the various challenges and changes towards more sustainable production systems.
To benefit from this subsidy, you must apply online via MyGuichet.lu.
The subsidy is paid directly to the service provider.
Who is concerned
- Active farmers;
- beekeepers; or
- any other person who has an agricultural holding number and who operates on a minimum area of:
- 3 hectares of agricultural land;
- 50 ares of nurseries;
- 30 ares of orchards;
- 25 ares of market garden land; or
- 10 ares of vineyards.
The catalogue of subsidised modules for agricultural advice is defined by ministerial regulation.
Prerequisites
Approved service provider
The advisory service provider you use must first have been approved by the Minister responsible for agriculture.
To obtain ministerial approval as a provider of agricultural advisory services, the company must:
- have a sufficient number of staff with the necessary qualifications and skills;
- demonstrate effective experience in the fields of economic analysis and agricultural advisory services;
- present the necessary guarantees of good repute, assessed on the basis of the criminal record of its managing director.
Setting up a business eSpace
To be able to apply for a subsidy, you must have a business eSpace on MyGuichet.lu.
How to create a business eSpace on MyGuichet.lu
There are 2 possible scenarios:
- You are a new user of MyGuichet.lu. You must:
- first register on MyGuichet.lu; and
- then create a business eSpace.
- You already have a private eSpace on MyGuichet.lu. You can directly create a business eSpace without having to register again.
Further information as well as tutorials in relation with the business eSpace are available in our dedicated help page.
Certifying your business eSpace
If not already done so, your business eSpace must be certified by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Viticulture.
You must send your request for certification by email to the following address: token@ser.etat.lu.
You will receive an access code by post. The access code must be saved in your business eSpace to be able to access the company's certified data.
The code can be saved by navigating to the 'My business data' tab in the 'Agriculture, Forestry & Viticulture' section.
If your business eSpace has already been certified for other agricultural or viticultural procedures, the certification is also valid for the subsidy application.
You can also consult our help page on the certification of a business eSpace.
How to proceed
Filing an application
You must submit your subsidy application online from your certified business eSpace on MyGuichet.lu.
This procedure requires a LuxTrust product or an electronic identity card (eID).
Amount of aid
The amount of the subsidy is set by ministerial regulation and can, depending on the module, cover up to 100% of eligible costs.
The subsidy is paid directly to the service provider.
