Subsidy application for the provision of agricultural advisory services

A subsidy may be granted for the provision of advisory services aimed at helping farmers, winegrowers, market gardeners or beekeepers to better master the various challenges and changes towards more sustainable production systems.
The subsidy is paid directly to the service provider. To obtain this payment as an approved provider of advisory services, you must apply online via MyGuichet.lu.
Who is concerned
Agricultural advisory service providers approved by the Minister responsible for agriculture.
Prerequisites
Ministerial approval
Aid may only be paid to approved providers of agricultural advisory services.
As a service provider, to obtain ministerial approval, you must:
- have a sufficient number of staff with the necessary qualifications and skills;
- demonstrate effective experience in the fields of economic analysis and agricultural advisory services;
- present the necessary guarantees of good repute, assessed on the basis of your criminal record (criminal record of the director(s) if the service provider is a company).
Setting up a business eSpace
To receive a request for advisory services from a farmer, you need to have a business eSpace on MyGuichet.lu.
How to create a business eSpace on MyGuichet.lu
There are 2 possible scenarios:
- You are a new user of MyGuichet.lu. You must:
- first register on MyGuichet.lu; and
- then create a business eSpace.
- You already have a private eSpace on MyGuichet.lu. You can directly create a business eSpace without having to register again.

Certifying your business eSpace
As a provider of agricultural advisory services, your business eSpace must be certified by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Viticulture.
You must apply for this certification online via MyGuichet.lu from your business eSpace (see 'Forms / Online services').
This procedure requires a LuxTrust product or an electronic identity card (eID).

Prior application for a subsidy
You can only request payment of the subsidy for an agricultural advisory service if the farmer/beekeeper has applied for the subsidy in advance via MyGuichet.lu.
Deadlines
You must apply for payment before 1 March of the year following the year in which you provided the advisory services.
How to proceed
Filing an application
You must submit your payment request online from your certified business eSpace on MyGuichet.lu.
This procedure requires a LuxTrust product or an electronic identity card (eID).
Documents to attach
You must attach the following documents to the application:
- the invoice for the advisory services provided; and
- a report on the advisory services provided, signed by the beneficiary.
Amount of aid
The amount of the subsidy is set by ministerial regulation and can, depending on the module, cover up to 100% of eligible costs.
