Enabling eDelivery services

MyGuichet.lu features a service called 'eDelivery' (i.e. electronic transmission). If you enable it, you will be able to electronically receive official administrative documents issued in Luxembourg directly in your personal eSpace on MyGuichet.lu (whether your private or business eSpace).
To receive documents electronically, you need to enable eDelivery for the relevant administrative body through your personal eSpace. In everyday language, we could also say that you need to 'subscribe to eDelivery'.
Prerequisites
The Luxembourg government's electronic platforms are protected by a strong authentication system. As such, some of the online services featured on MyGuichet.lu – including all eDelivery services – can only be accessed with strong authentication. To enable them:
- you first need to register on MyGuichet.lu using an authentication product/device; and
- then create a personal eSpace.

How to proceed
Activation

To be able to receive administrative documents electronically in your private eSpace, you need to enable eDelivery for each relevant administrative body (and, where applicable, for each document).
This step is essential to be able to receive these documents in your private eSpace. Unless you explicitly enable these subscriptions, you will not receive any of these documents electronically.
The eDelivery services for business professionals can only be accessed through a business eSpace that has been certified for the sector of activity in question. For more information, please consult the relevant help page:
Once a business eSpace has been certified for a sector of activity, all associated documents will be forwarded electronically to the business eSpace in question. Thus, there is no need to enable the corresponding eDelivery service separately.
Receiving a document
To ensure that you do not miss a document that has been sent to your eSpace, you will always be sent an email notification informing you that you have received a new message in your personal eSpace on MyGuichet.lu. This automatic email notification:
- is sent from noreply.guichet@ctie.etat.lu; and
- is automatically sent to the email address that you specified in your personal eSpace.
For security reasons, and to reduce the risk of 'phishing', these email notifications contain no direct links to the message to which the document is attached. To view the message and the document, log in to your MyGuichet.lu eSpace (using your browser or the mobile app).
If you use the MyGuichet.lu mobile app and have enabled push notifications, you will also receive notifications on your mobile device (smartphone or tablet) whenever you receive a message in your personal eSpace.
Depending on the administrative body, you will receive the documents electronically either in addition to, or instead of, a letter sent by post.
