Activation of invoices issued by the commune on MyGuichet.lu
In your private eSpace, you can authorise MyGuichet.lu to collect your communal invoices (firewood, waste, etc.). from the relevant communal administrations. Once you have given your consent:
- you will receive a notification via the eDelivery function as soon as a new invoice is available for viewing in your private eSpace; and
- you can view and download the invoice in electronic format.
Please note that you will not receive any documents of this type in electronic format without your explicit consent.
You will be automatically notified by email from MyGuichet.lu if you have received a message in your private eSpace. For security reasons, and to reduce the risk of phishing, this email does not contain any direct links. To view the message and your invoice, please log in to your private eSpace (via the browser version or the mobile application).
If you use the MyGuichet.lu mobile app and have enabled push notifications, you will also be notified on your mobile device that you have received a message in your private eSpace.
Once you have given your consent, all other distribution channels will be cancelled (with the exception of electronic invoicing by the City of Luxembourg). You may withdraw your consent at any time and receive your invoices via the initial method again.
Consent is valid for all 100 communes in Luxembourg and only needs to be given once.
