Communicating the composition of the college of trustees of the hunting syndicate to the Minister

Last update

In accordance with Article 25 of the Hunting Act of 25 May 2011, all the members (members and substitutes) of the college of trustees representing a hunting syndicate must be communicated to the Minister.

This can be done online using MyGuichet.lu.

Who is concerned

Each secretary-treasurer or member of the college of trustees of a hunting syndicate.

Prerequisites

In order to indicate the composition of the college of trustees of a hunting syndicate online, the person must have access to a certified business eSpace on MyGuichet.lu. The eSpace is certified by the secretary-treasurer using an activation code that the ANF transmits to the newly elected college of trustees at the syndicate's general meeting.

The activation code is accompanied by an explanatory letter. This activation code is only used to certify the business eSpace of the hunting syndicate.

It should be noted that there is only one activation code per hunting syndicate.

Costs

This procedure is free of charge.

How to proceed

Declaration of the composition of the college of trustees of a hunting syndicate

Starting in January 2020, the declaration of the composition of the college of trustees of a hunting syndicate can only be submitted online using MyGuichet.lu.

By using the activation code, the secretary-treasurer (or a member of the college of trustees) can certify the hunting syndicate's business eSpace.

Information about the hunting syndicate is displayed, such as the hunting grounds and the commune. These cannot be modified.

The user can however indicate:

  • the hunting syndicate's name;
  • the start and end dates of the allotment;
  • the start and end dates of the deferral.

Adding or editing a member

The declarant must add any new members to the composition of the college of trustees of the hunting syndicate, including the secretary-treasurer.

They must indicate:

  • the person's function, if applicable (president, regular member, substitute member);
  • if they are secretary-treasurer or not;
  • the person's first names and surnames;
  • their status (active, retired, deceased);
  • their personal information (home address, email, phone, etc.).

It should be noted that it is also possible to modify the information of members already entered or to delete one of them.

Once the list is up to date, the user must validate the information.

Once the entry has been confirmed, the user is prompted to submit the procedure or, if necessary, to add supporting documents.

Attention! The procedure must be submitted to be taken into account. The information is then sent directly to the ANF.
