Application for additional game tags

Last update

Summary:

You can apply for additional game tags.

So that shooting plans can be monitored, each animal (deer, wild boar, roe deer, fallow deer or mouflon) killed in hunting is fitted with a tag for the game shot, at the initiative of and under the responsibility of the person leasing the hunting lot.

The animal must be tagged before it is transported outside the hunting lot or hunting management unit where it was killed.

Before the start of the hunting season, the Nature and Forest Agency (Administration de la nature et des forêts) provides tags to persons leasing hunting lots.

If there are not enough of the tags initially provided, as a person leasing a hunting lot you can apply for additional tags.
