You are eligible for this financial compensation if:
- your business, organisation or foundation is legally established in Luxembourg; and
- your employees take a training course leading to the Vocational Capacity Certificate (CCP) 'Assistant for Daily Support' (assistant d’accompagnement au quotidien) and/or the Vocational Aptitude Diploma (DAP) 'Nursing auxiliary / Healthcare assistant' (aide-soignant).

To qualify for this compensation, you must:
- be a signatory to a professional practice agreement (convention de pratique professionnelle);
- have a valid employment contract with an employee undergoing vocational training for the school year in question;

To qualify for compensation, the maximum duration of training courses is set at:
- 8 hours per week to obtain a CCP 'Assistant for Daily Support';
- 16 hours per week to obtain a DAP 'Nursing auxiliary / Healthcare assistant'.
Deadlines
You can submit a claim for compensation:
- either on a monthly basis, no later than the last day of the month following the month in which the training took place; or
- annually, no later than 31 October of the school year following the school year in which the training took place.
