Applying for financial aid to create an integrated dwelling
Last update
State financial aid may be granted for the creation of an integrated dwelling.
This subsidy, which is capped at EUR 10,000, is only granted if all the conditions have been met.
The subsidy is increased to EUR 20,000 if you occupy the integrated dwelling for the first time before 31 December 2026.

- not own any other property in Luxembourg or abroad; and
- have obtained a building permit from your communal administration before having any transformation work carried out on your home.
