- Wenn Sie Kinder-Geld anfragen wollen.
- Wenn Sie eine Geld-Hilfe für die Wohnung anfragen wollen.
Eine Geburts-Urkunde kann nur eine Gemeinde machen.

- Man kann für sich selbst eine Geburts-Urkunde anfragen.
- Eltern können für Ihre Kinder eine Geburts-Urkunde anfragen.
Wo können Sie eine Geburts-Urkunde anfragen?
Die Geburts-Urkunde müssen Sie immer in der Gemeinde anfragen,
in der Sie geboren wurden.
Das heißt: im Geburts-Ort.
Oder im Geburts-Ort von Ihren Kindern,
wenn Sie eine Geburts-Urkunde für Ihre Kinder anfragen.
Wie können Sie eine Geburts-Urkunde anfragen?
Es gibt verschiedene Wege, um das Papier anzufragen.
Ein einfacher Weg ist:
Sie gehen persönlich zu der Gemeinde von Ihrem Geburts-Ort.
Sie bringen Ihren Personal-Ausweis mit und die Papiere für den Antrag.
Sie können direkt dort bezahlen.
Sie bekommen die Geburts-Urkunde direkt dort.

Dort stehen die Öffnungs-Zeiten von den Gemeinden.
Es gibt auch noch andere Wege:
Sie können auf der Gemeinde anrufen.
Oder einen Brief schicken.
Die Gemeinde schreibt Ihnen dann,
wie Sie eine Geburts-Urkunde bekommen.
Bei manchen Gemeinden kann man die Geburts-Urkunde
auch im Internet anfragen.

Kostet die Geburts-Urkunde etwas?
Die Gemeinde fragt einen kleinen Geld-Betrag für das Papier.
Sie zahlen das Geld bei der Gemeinde.
Was steht in der Geburts-Urkunde?
- Der Tag, die Uhrzeit und der Ort von der Geburt.
- Das Geschlecht vom Kind.
Das heißt: ob es ein Mädchen oder ein Junge ist. - Die Vornamen und die Nachnamen vom Kind.
- Die Vornamen, die Nachnamen, das Geschlecht, die Adresse von den Eltern.
- Geburts-Ort und das Geburts-Datum von den Eltern,
wenn man sie weiß. - Wer die Geburt gemeldet hat: Vornamen und Nachnamen
von dieser Person. - Sonstige Informationen.
