Explanatory notes

Note 1: For sale, supply, transfer and export: An exemption from the prohibition applies to certain goods (Regulation 401/2013, Article 2.2.). An authorisation may be granted.

Note 2: For technical assistance: An authorisation may be granted under certain conditions (Regulation 401/2013, Article 4.1.(c)).

Note 3: For technical assistance : An authorisation may be granted under certain conditions (Regulation 401/2013, Article 4.2. (a) and 4.2.(b)).

Note 4: For sale, supply, transfer and export: An exemption from the prohibition applies to agreements concluded before 27 April 2018 (Regulation 401/2013, Article 3bis.5.), respectively for certain goods (Regulation 401/2013, Article 3bis6.).
