The information on this page is limited to the restrictive measures imposed against the country in question. They are to be understood without prejudice to other provisions of the Law of 27 June 2018 which applies, in general, to goods and transactions covered by the Law of 27 June 2018 on export control, and must therefore be read in conjunction with the latter provisions.

Explanatory notes
Note 1: For sale, supply, transfer and export: an exemption from the prohibition applies under certain conditions (Grand-Ducal Regulation as amended on 14 December 2018, Annex 1, point 22° under (2)).
Note 2: For technical assistance: a derogation from the prohibition is applicable under certain conditions. (Regulation 2017/2063, Article 2.2).
Note 3: An exemption is applicable (except for brokerage services) under certain conditions. (Regulation 2017/2063, Article 4.1).
