They are to be understood without prejudice to other provisions of the Law of 27 June 2018 which applies, in general, to goods and transactions covered by the Law of 27 June 2018 on export control, and must therefore be read in conjunction with the latter provisions.

Note 1: For export, transfer, supply and sale: no authorisation may be granted in the cases foreseen in Articles 1.1. and 2 of Decision 2010/788/CFSP.

Note 2: For brokering and technical assistance: No authorisation may be granted in the cases foreseen in Articles 1a(a) and 1c of Regulation (EC) 1183/2005.
