Note 1: For sale, supply, transfer and export: an exemption from the prohibition applies under certain conditions (Grand Ducal Regulation as amended on 14 December 2018, Annex 1, point 16° under (5)).
Note 2: For sale, supply, transfer, supply and expert: An authorisation may be granted under certain conditions (Regulation 36/2012, Article 2b.2. et 2b.3.). For technical assistance and brokering: An authorisation may be granted under certain conditions (Regulation 36/2012, Article 3.3.).
