They are to be understood without prejudice to other provisions of the Law of 27 June 2018 which applies, in general, to goods and transactions covered by the Law of 27 June 2018 on export control, and must therefore be read in conjunction with the latter provisions.

Note 1: For sale, supply, transfer and export: an exemption from the prohibition applies under certain conditions (Grand Ducal Regulation as amended on 14 December 2018, Annex 1, point 16° under (5)).

Note 2: For sale, supply, transfer, supply and expert: An authorisation may be granted under certain conditions (Regulation 36/2012, Article 2b.2. et 2b.3.). For technical assistance and brokering: An authorisation may be granted under certain conditions (Regulation 36/2012, Article 3.3.).
