Filling in adaptive forms

Last update

In addition to traditional PDF forms, Guichet.lu now also makes available adaptive forms, i.e. digital forms that adapt to both computers and mobile devices (smartphones and tablets). You can therefore fill in your form on the device of your choice.

Once you have completed the online form, a PDF document is generated based on the information you have entered. You can then download this document, sign it and send it to the relevant administration or public body.

Although adaptive forms are dynamic forms that adapt to your responses, they are not linked to MyGuichet.lu. You can identify adaptive forms by the Guichet.lu logo in the header bar on the left.

Prerequisites

Downloading and installing Adobe Acrobat Reader

Once you have filled in an adaptive form, a PDF document containing the data you entered is generated. To be able to download this PDF document onto your computer, you must first download and install Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Download Adobe Acrobat Reader

For more information on downloading and installing the software on your computer, please consult the following articles on the Adobe support site:

Browser configuration

To avoid the PDF document being displayed incorrectly or not at all, you should ensure that it is not opened in a browser. It is recommended that you first save the form on your computer and then open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader.

If you would like to know how to configure the browser of your choice so that you can save files on your computer, please consult the help page on the website of the browser supplier concerned:

Costs

Adobe Acrobat Reader is free of charge.
