Guichet.lu Helpdesk

Our centralised source of information about the various public administrations can be contacted:

  • by telephone on working days from 8.00 to 18.00;
  • by video call on working days from 8.30 to 17.30;
  • using the online contact form.

Please note that the Guichet.lu Helpdesk provides general information on administrative procedures. It does not have access to the files you have submitted to a public body in Luxembourg. If you have specific questions, the Helpdesk will direct you to the appropriate administration.

On working days from 8.00 to 17.00, you can also go (with or without an appointment) to the Guichet.lu reception desk, located at rue Notre-Dame in Luxembourg city, for any questions you might have about the services offered by Luxembourg's public administrations and bodies.
