Do you have a Luxembourg identity card on which electronic certificates are activated, but you have forgotten your PIN and PUK codes? Then you can ask for them to be sent to you again by post.

All you have to do is fill in our new adaptive form and send it to the Guichet.lu Helpdesk. Further information and the form are available in our explanatory information page.

You can still request the reissue of PIN and PUK codes by telephone. With the recent introduction of video calls, you can also book an appointment with the Guichet.lu Helpdesk to request the reissuing of these codes. You do not need an authentication device to book an appointment online via MyGuichet.lu.
