Signing and submitting our tax return electronically (with a private mandate)
Last update
This step-by-step tutorial uses screenshots to explain how to sign and submit your tax return electronically via MyGuichet.lu in the case of joint taxation with a private mandate. In other words: how can a taxpayer with a certificate also sign on behalf of their spouse or partner?
The electronic signature procedure for the 2025 tax year has not changed from last year. However, the boxes you need to tick on the form so that you can sign with your certificate in your spouse's or partner's name are different.
This tutorial will shortly be available in English.
Please also consult our other tutorials, in which we explain:
- how to proceed if you both have a certificate in the event of joint taxation;
- how to sign and submit your tax return in the case of individual taxation.
