How to proceed
Amount of aid
The amount of financial aid granted by the Ministry of the Economy for the implementation of the solution is a fixed amount of EUR 6,000 excl. VAT.
Companies will be reimbursed after the package is in place.
Procedure
Pre-analysis of your current situation
Make an appointment with the House of Entrepreneurship of the Chamber of Commerce or with the eHandwierk department of the Chamber of Skilled Trades and Crafts (for craft businesses) for a pre-analysis of your current service situation to identify priority actions.
Definition of your package and choice of service provider
You choose your package and the provider that best meets your expectations. Together, you define a quote of between EUR 6,650 excl. VAT and EUR 25,000 excl. VAT.
Submitting and reviewing your application
Your application for financial aid is completed by a House of Entrepreneurship adviser or by an eHandwierk adviser for craft businesses.
The Ministry of the Economy analyses and decides on your application.
Implementation of the package
The service provider identifies areas for improvement and suggests practical ways to improve the customer experience, based on the abovementioned areas.
Assessment of your package
Once the service provider has finished providing support, an evaluation meeting will determine your level of satisfaction and savings made. At that point, the application process will be deemed closed.
Your voucher
You pay the final bill to the provider. The Ministry of the Economy will provide you with a grant amounting to EUR 6,000.
