Temporary aid measure 'digitalisation of accommodation forms'

Last update

Summary:

In order to help accommodation establishments implement the new solution for the electronic collection of traveller data, a new temporary 'digitalisation of accommodation forms' aid measure has been made available.

Any accommodation establishment operator must establish an accommodation form for each traveller and each stay.

A new solution for the collection of traveller data by electronic means is currently in preparation. It will soon replace the current transmission method which will then be deactivated.

In order to help the accommodation establishments concerned, a new temporary aid measure 'digitalisation of accommodation forms' is made available from 13 March to 1 October 2025.

It is paid in the form of a capital subsidy with a maximum amount of EUR 2,000.
