Since 1 September 2025, new legal provisions apply to the use of accommodation forms.

All tourist accommodation operators must establish a traveller accommodation form for each stay of each guest aged 15 and over.

Accommodation operators can now provide this information electronically, in 5 different ways:

• using the 'Lux Héberge' mobile app; or
• using a pre-fill link in combination with the 'Lux Héberge' mobile app; or
• using a pre-fill link for a group of travellers; or
• manual entry of the traveller's data in MyGuichet.lu via their certified business eSpace; or
• connection (via a web service) (French, Zip, 2.38 Mb) to their booking software in order to collect traveller information. In this case, the operator must carry the costs of adapting their booking software.

It is therefore necessary to register with STATEC, even if you were already registered in the old system. The old system can no longer be used to transmit the travellers' data.
