SME Packages: support for SMEs
Last update
New programmes have been set up to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). These are the 'SME-Packages', which are divided into 3 categories:
- 'SME Packages – Sustainability': support for sustainable transition and reduction of environmental impact (energy, water, waste and carbon footprint);
- 'SME Packages – Service': improving the customer experience to build customer loyalty (atmosphere, customer relations and products);
- 'SME Packages – Digital': implementation of a digital tool for better online communication with customers and better business management (digital marketing, electronic management and invoicing).
To participate in these programmes, the company must:
- have a business permit;
- meet the SME requirements in terms of staff numbers, annual turnover and annual balance sheet;
- have its registered office in Luxembourg.
Interested companies must first contact the House of Entrepreneurship of the Chamber of Commerce or the eHandwierk department of the Chamber of Skilled Trades and Crafts (for craft companies) to carry out a pre-analysis.
Each participating company can benefit from a voucher worth between EUR 5,000 and EUR 6,000 to implement its projects.
Find out more about the conditions and procedures of these programmes in our dedicated information pages.
