This step-by-step tutorial uses screenshots to explain how to link a mobile device with your MyGuichet.lu account using a QR code.

The connection to MyGuichet.lu is explained using the LuxTrust SmartCard as an example. The steps to follow for linking remain the same for any other authentication device. If you use LuxTrust Mobile or LuxTrust Scan, you can also complete the linking procedure directly from your mobile device. To see how this works, please consult our tutorial on this subject.
