Directorate for Consumer Protection

The Directorate for Consumer Protection (Direction de la protection des consommateurs) has authority over disputes arising from airline companies' non-compliance with their obligations in cases of denied boarding, cancellation of flights or delays.

Travellers who wish to file a complaint must first contact the customer service of the airline in question. If the airline's response to the complaint is not provided to the client's satisfaction within 2 months, the complainant should then contact the Directorate for Consumer Protection.
