Requesting the deregistration of a pleasure craft registered under the Luxembourg flag

The owner of a pleasure craft listed in the public registry of pleasure craft under the Luxembourg flag can request its deregistration at any time.

Costs

This procedure is free of charge.

How to proceed

The original copy of the currently valid registration or identification certificate must be returned to the Luxembourg Maritime Administration (Commissariat aux affaires maritimes  - CAM).

A deregistration certificate will be issued and sent to the owner by return post.
