Accessibility of products and services

From 28 June 2025, any products and services that manufacturers and service providers place on the market must comply with the new accessibility standards.

The new Surveillance authority for the accessibility of products and services (OSAPS) acts as the reference body for accessibility. OSAPS monitors the compliance of products and services on the Luxembourg market and will provide companies with guidelines, tools and advice to help them improve the accessibility of their products and/or services.

Anyone can report a product or service that does not comply with accessibility requirements to OSAPS.

You can complete this procedure online via MyGuichet.lu, with or without authentication using a LuxTrust product or an electronic identity card (eID). To find out which products and services may be subject to a declaration of non-compliance, please refer to our dedicated information pages:
