It is now possible to carry out new procedures concerning health insurance on the MyGuichet.lu mobile application. You can now request the following documents directly from your smartphone or tablet:

• an application for a certificate of entitlement to benefits in kind which may become necessary during a temporary stay;
  
• a co-insurance certificate;
  
• a temporary replacement certificate for the Luxembourg social security card / European Health Insurance Card.

You can also request a change in your bank or post office account details with your health insurance fund in the context of the payment of benefits.

All these procedures are available for the following health insurance funds:

• the National Health Fund (CNS);
  
• the Health Insurance Fund for Civil Servants and Public Employees (Caisse de maladie des fonctionnaires et employés publics - CMFEP);
  
• the Health Insurance Fund for Communal Civil Servants and Employees (Caisse de maladie des fonctionnaires et employés communaux - CMFEC);
  
• the CFL Health Insurance Fund.
