Storing documents in a private or a business eSpace

In the 'My documents' section, you can store administrative documents that you wish to add later to an online procedure with authentication, for example. Similarly, if you wish to add the same document to several online procedures, storing it in your private or business eSpace saves you from having to upload it several times.
This feature therefore allows you to create your own directory of administrative documents that you consider important for your online procedures.
If you work with several people within the same business eSpace, all users, regardless of their role, can store documents in the business eSpace and access the documents that others have stored.
I want to upload a local file from my computer. What do I need to do?
- Log in to MyGuichet.lu.
- Go to the home page of the private or business eSpace in which you wish save the file.
- Click on 'Add a document'.
- In the 'From my computer' tab, click on 'Browse'.
- Find the desired file on your computer.
- You can edit the file name if you wish.
- Click on 'Confirm' to upload the file.
If you are connected to MyGuichet.lu using the browser of your mobile device, you can also upload local files from your smartphone or tablet and store them in the 'My documents' section.
I want to upload a document using the MyGuichet.lu mobile application. What do I need to do?
This option is only available if you are connected to MyGuichet.lu using your computer's browser. On a mobile device (smartphone or tablet) you can only upload local files and store them in the 'My Documents' section.
This option allows you to upload documents directly from your mobile device using the camera on your smartphone or tablet. The photo is converted to PDF format by the MyGuichet.lu mobile application and then stored in the 'My documents' section. This feature is particularly useful if you cannot scan documents in any other way.
In order to upload documents to your private or business eSpace from the application, you need 2 devices:
- a computer on which you are connected to MyGuichet.lu in a browser; and
- a mobile device (smartphone or tablet) on which you have installed the application.
It is not necessary to link the application to your private or business eSpace in order to use this feature.
On your computer:
- Log in to MyGuichet.lu.
- Go to the home page of the private or business eSpace in which you wish save the file.
- Click on 'Add a document'.
- In the 'From the app' tab, first enter the name of the document.
- Click on 'Confirm' to generate a QR code (valid for 30 minutes).
On your smartphone or tablet:
- Open the app on the mobile device on which you have installed it and tap 'Add a document'.
- Tap 'Continue'.
- Scan the QR code displayed on your computer.
- Tap 'Take a picture'.
- Tap 'Add a picture' to activate the camera of your smartphone or tablet.
- If you are using the automatic camera mode (activated by default), hold the camera above the document you want to upload and wait a few seconds. Hold your device still for a few seconds and follow the instructions on the screen.
- If necessary, you can crop and/or rotate the picture taken.
- Tap 'End'.
- Tap 'Generate'.
- Confirm that you want to generate a PDF file by tapping 'Generate'.
- Tap 'Confirm'.
When the 'Return to home screen' button appears, it means that your document has been successfully added to the 'My Documents' section.
