Linking my MyGuichet.lu account using a LuxTrust product

If you want to link your MyGuichet.lu account using a LuxTrust product (Token, LuxTrust Scan or LuxTrust Mobile), the product must have been registered before you can use it to link your MyGuichet.lu account.
It is therefore not possible to link your account using a LuxTrust product that you have never used for MyGuichet.lu.
- Open the mobile app and tap 'Link your device'.
- Enter the device name that will be used to identify your device when you link several devices with your MyGuichet.lu account.
- Select the 'LuxTrust' option.
- Tap 'Continue'.
- Select the LuxTrust product you want to use to link your device.
- Follow the authentication steps corresponding to the LuxTrust product selected.
To finalise the linking of your account with the mobile application, choose a password that will allow you to unlock the application later.
You can also unlock the app using one of the biometric authentication features (facial recognition or fingerprint scanning) available on your smartphone or tablet.
An automatic email (sent from the email address usermanagement@security.public.lu) confirming the linking of your MyGuichet.lu account with the mobile app is then sent to you.
If you want to use LuxTrust Mobile to link MyGuichet.lu with your device, your must first have installed and activated the mobile app on your smartphone or tablet. All useful information on the application and its activation is available on the LuxTrust website.
