Transfer of defence-related products

In such a case, a prior registration with OCEIT shall be required by using the declaration form. The registration is automatic and shall be notified by OCEIT at the latest 10 working days following the receipt of the registration declaration. The general transfer authorisations of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (AGTF) are not time limited.
