Claim financial compensation for your employees' training hours
Last update
Are your employees following vocational training courses during working hours?
In that case, you may be entitled to financial compensation for these training hours, subject to certain conditions.
Your employees must undergo training leading to:
- a vocational capacity certificate (certificat de capacité professionnelle - CCP) to become an 'assistant for daily support' (assistant d’accompagnement au quotidien); and/or
- a vocational aptitude diploma (diplôme d'aptitude professionnelle - DAP) to become a 'nursing auxiliary / healthcare assistant' (aide-soignant).
To benefit from this compensation, depending on the case, you must submit a monthly or annual application:
- online via MyGuichet.lu. This is a procedure requiring authentication; or
- by post to the Ministry of Education, Children and Youth.
Find all the information, including the conditions for granting the financial compensation, in our explanatory information page.
