Booking an appointment with the AAA online

Last update

In order to benefit from personalised assistance from the Accident Insurance Association (AAA), it is now possible to book an appointment with an agent at the AAA headquarters online.

This request can be made online using MyGuichet.lu, without the need for a LuxTrust product or an electronic identity card (eID).

The insured can also get an answer to their questions:

  • on the AAA website, more particularly by checking their FAQ; or
  • by phone at (+352) 26 19 15 1 (available from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 16.00); or
  • by email to the following address: prestations.aaa@secu.lu.

Who is concerned

Anyone who is the victim of an accident at work, a commuting accident or an occupational disease and wishes to make an appointment with the AAA.

The applicant does not necessarily have to be a Luxembourg resident, but they must have a 13-digit national identification number (matricule).

If a person does not have the material possibility to book an appointment, they can contact the AAA by email or phone so that an agent can set up an appointment for them.

Costs

Booking an appointment online is free of charge.

How to proceed

Submitting the application

Applicants who wish to make an appointment online must do so via the MyGuichet.lu platform.

Scheduling an appointment

During the procedure, the applicant must select the date and time of the appointment from the proposed time slots.

  • the date, time and location of the appointment;

In case of an appointment at the AAA headquarters, the security guard may ask for the presentation of this document (on the smartphone screen or printed on paper) at the entrance of the building on the day of the appointment.

Cancellation of an appointment

Cancellation of appointments by the applicant can be done online via MyGuichet.lu using the link provided in the appointment confirmation.

To cancel an appointment online, the applicant must indicate:

  • the appointment reference number;
