Easy access to the Electronic Healthcare Record (DSP) via the MyGuichet.lu mobile app

You can now activate your eSanté account via the MyGuichet.lu mobile app. This allows you to access your DSP without having to wait for a code to be sent by post. You just need:

  • a LuxTrust product or a Luxembourg electronic identity (eID); and
  • a private eSpace on MyGuichet.lu.

How can I access the Electronic Healthcare Record (DSP)?

The eSanté Agency automatically creates an eSanté account for any person registered with the Joint Social Security Centre (CCSS). You have to activate this account in order to access your DSP – the secure, personal electronic healthcare record under the patient's direct control.

You can now activate your eSanté account in your private eSpace on MyGuichet.lu, under 'Services catalogue › Search by body › eSanté Agency'. After activation, the DSP can also be accessed via your private eSpace.

Please note, if you're using the MyGuichet.lu mobile app to activate your eSanté account, you must log in to the eSanté Portal again using your authentication product to access your DSP. You must do this every time you want to view your DSP.

It should be noted that, in order to make the service accessible to everyone, individuals who do not have a LuxTrust product or a Luxembourg electronic identity card (eID) can still activate their eSanté account and access their DSP via:

  • the eSanté portal; or
  • the MyDSP mobile app.
