The Ministry of the Environment, Climate and Biodiversity (hereinafter referred to as 'the ministry'), in collaboration with the Government IT Centre, has made available an online assistant on MyGuichet.lu which enables whistleblowers to report breaches without authentication.

This secure online assistant allows you to report any breach of legislation or rule of law that may have occurred within:

• the ministry itself; and/or
• one of the departments under its responsibility.
