Non-proliferation regimes

International treaties and agreements with the aim to impose export control measures to prevent the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and to fight terrorism.

Luxembourg is a member of the following non-proliferation and exports control regimes:

These regimes aim to control the export of strategic goods and to implement common rules of control based on consolidated lists of goods and technologies.

The annexes in Regulation (EC) No 428/2009 include the consolidated lists of the 5 abovementioned regimes (Regulation (EU) 2021/821 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 2021). The list is the same for each of the European Union's 27 Member States.
