Starting a new procedure in your business eSpace using the mobile application

Do you want to start a new procedure in your business eSpace using the MyGuichet.lu mobile application?
Please note: in order to start a new procedure in your business eSpace using the MyGuichet.lu mobile app, you must:
- have a business eSpace; and
- link your business eSpace with the mobile application.
You do not yet have a business eSpace on MyGuichet.lu? Consult our tutorial which guides you step by step in the creation of your business eSpace. Please note that it is not possible to create a business eSpace with the mobile application.
- Open the app.
- Unlock the app using the password you entered when you linked your account, or one of the biometric authentication features (facial recognition or fingerprint scanning) available on your smartphone or tablet.
- Select your business eSpace, if you have more than one eSpace.
- Tap 'My procedures'.
- Tap on the blue 'New procedure' button.
- Find the required procedure in the list and tap 'Create'.
- Fill in the compulsory fields.
- Confirm your input.
- If applicable, add the requested supporting documents.
- Tap 'Send'.
Please note that the application does not include all the procedures that are available in the desktop version. You can consult the complete catalogue of procedures with authentication by connecting to MyGuichet.lu using a browser on your computer.
