Providing an employment inclusion service (service d’assistance à l’inclusion dans l’emploi) is subject to accreditation. This activity aims to support and promote the employment of disabled employees and employees in external reclassification on the mainstream labour market.

The accreditation is issued by the minister responsible for disability policy.

If you meet the requirements, you can submit the following depending on your status:

• as a natural person: an application for approval as an assistant for inclusion in employment;
• or, as a legal person: an application for approval as an assistance service for inclusion in employment.

You can apply:

• online via MyGuichet.lu (this is a procedure with authentication which requires a LuxTrust product); or
• by email or post using the application form to be sent to the ministry.
