The date for the election of staff representatives is getting closer.
On 12 March, your employees will be electing staff delegates in your company, if it has employed at least 15 people under an employment contract between 1 February 2023 and 31 January 2024.
If you are organising social elections, you must communicate certain information to the Inspectorate of Labour and Mines (Inspection du travail et des mines - ITM) throughout the procedure. In order to facilitate these communications, the online procedures on MyGuichet.lu should be used. These include:
- the notice of election on the organisational arrangements regarding social elections;
- the notice concerning the deadline for lodging complaints against electoral rolls;
- the declaration of candidates for the social elections;
- the declaration of the results of the social elections;
- the declaration of the functions held by the members of the staff delegation.
These are procedures:
- with authentication using a LuxTrust product or an electronic identity card (eID); and
- which require certification of your company's business eSpace using the 2 access codes sent to you by the ITM.
