SPFs (family wealth management companies) must submit their certification annually to the Registration Duties, Estates and VAT Authority (Administration de l’enregistrement, des domaines et de la TVA - AED).

The certificate of conformity is aimed at confirming the eligibility of the SPF's investors and compliance with its paying agent obligations.

The submission deadline of the certification for the 2022 calendar year is 31 July 2023.

It is recommended to submit the certification by electronic means using the MyGuichet.lu platform.

In order to submit the certification, you will need a LuxTrust product (e.g. Token, Smartcard or Signing stick) or an electronic identity card (eID).
