Do you work as a veterinarian in Luxembourg?

All veterinary practices are required to declare their prescriptions for antimicrobial medicines administered to livestock on Luxembourg territory.

In order to facilitate this procedure, the Luxembourg Veterinary and Food Administration (ALVA) offers you the possibility to declare the administration or supply of antimicrobial medicines online on MyGuichet.lu.

To do so, you must register on MyGuichet.lu and create a business eSpace using a LuxTrust product or an electronic identity card (eID). Your business eSpace will be certified by ALVA. A MyGuichet.lu electronic assistant will help you make an online declaration for the medicines administered or prescribed.
