Chamber of Notaries of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg

The Chamber of Notaries of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg contains 36 notaries, who are geographically distributed throughout all cantons of the country (with the exception of Vianden), taking account of both population size and business volume. People who wish to draft an agreement (to establish a marriage contract, purchase property, form a business, get divorced, inherit, prepare their own estate, etc.) must contact a notary to obtain a notarial deed to authenticate the transaction. The notary is also in charge of informing and advising the interested parties according to their own situation.
