How to proceed
Registration
You can register the children you will be taking to the event online via MyGuichet.lu. This is a procedure that can be completed with or without authentication.
To do this, fill in the online form and specify:
- the event concerned;
- your surname, first name, date of birth, email address and telephone number;
- if you are a professional: your duties, the type of your facility (drop-in centre, daycare centre, crèche, etc.) and its name;
- information about the accompanying persons: surname, first name, date of birth, email and mobile phone number;
- the surname, first name and date of birth of the children accompanied.
At the end of the registration process, a unique identification number is assigned.
Obtaining a sticker
On the day of your visit, you must go to the police station, located near the main entrance to the event, to obtain a sticker which will allow to:
- identify each registered child; and
- know the telephone number of the police station.
Please note: the registration and the sticker with the identification number are valid for the whole duration of the event.
In the event of a missing child
If the child goes missing during the visit, other visitors can contact a police officer or the police station.
The police officer can use the identification number to:
- identify the missing child;
- contact the persons accompanying the child to collect it.
