Getting a Luxembourg Card

Set up by Luxembourg for Tourism, the Luxembourg Card offers unlimited travel on the country’s rail and bus networks as well as free admission to more than 70 tourist attractions, plus reduced admission fees for selected additional attractions.

The welcome pack for the Luxembourg Card includes a practical guide produced by Luxembourg for Tourism, with information about all of the tourist attractions, also showing their locations on a map of the country. These attractions include the Grand Duchy’s most important castles and fortifications, museums and leisure centres.

The Luxembourg Card is intended for both tourists and citizens interested in visiting sites throughout Luxembourg at discounted prices.

The Luxembourg Card is available as an individual card or as a family card used by a group of no more than 5 persons (2 adults and up to 3 children). Cards may be purchased with a validity period of 1, 2 or 3 days. It is up to card holders to choose the days on which their cards will be used by writing these dates in ink on the back of the card.

Prices for the individual Luxembourg Card:

  • 1 day: EUR 13;
  • 2 days: EUR 20;
  • 3 days: EUR 28.

Prices for the family Luxembourg Card for 2 to 5 persons (2 adults and up to 3 children):

  • 1 day: EUR 28;
  • 2 days: EUR 48;
  • 3 days: EUR 68.

The Luxembourg Card is transferable. It must be presented at the box office of each site visited.
