Communal invoices now centralised on MyGuichet.lu

Simplify daily administrative procedures - that's the objective of the new service launched on the MyGuichet.lu secure platform. Since the start of February, you will find your communal invoices (wood, waste, etc.) for the past 5 years in your private eSpace, on condition that you have activated this service.
You can activate this new service via guichet.lu/factures-communales. Please note that you will not receive any of your invoices in electronic format without your consent.
This change satisfies a basic and practical need, namely to provide a clear and centralised overview of your communal invoices, even if you move house or have connections with several communes.
This new service allows you to check your communal invoices with ease, without having to navigate between various systems or platforms. The invoices issued by the communal systems are accessible directly on MyGuichet.lu, thus providing a smooth user experience in a widely adopted digital environment.
This change is aimed at all persons residing in Luxembourg, as well as non-residents who have an administrative connection to at least one commune in Luxembourg.
